Windows Azure Code Quick Start
Found this link while searching for Windows Azure learning resources - Windows Azure Code Quick Start. It contains very basic stuff. I think it is good enough to get someone started on Windows Azure but for something more complete, I would recommend the updated Windows Azure Platform Training Kit.
