I'll be leaving for Seattle this afternoon and this will be my 3rd time there in 2 years (actually, I'm starting to get bored of it already). I'll be flying EVA Airways this time and staying in Bellevue, which is closer to Redmond but further away from the conference venue in Seattle.
As usual, I didn't plan for any side-trips. I let the schedules run by itself. Not sure if I'll have the chance to check out any cool X360 games while I'm there. But I guessed the games will be expensive due to the currency exchange rates.
Time to go! *I will really missed my Blazing Angels* *Sobs*

Conversations.With.Dad.101
Conversations with dad has always been somewhat amusing. Here's a dialog few minutes ago.
Normal conversation
Dad: Ah Girl, daddy wants to watch cantonese series this evening. Can you buy us all dinner tonight? Daddy wants Fried Rice.
Daughter: Ok.
Dad: Better go early hor.
Daughter: Okie.
Dad's style
Dad: What's the time now?!
Me: Going to be 6:00 PM.
Dad: So how?!
Me: How what?
Dad: How you going to eat?
Me: Are you going to buy dinner now?
Dad: No, I will eat on my own after my cantonese series.
Me: Ok, then I will go buy my own dinner later. Don't worry about me.
Dad: You better go at 6:30 PM.
Me: I can go anytime, even at 7:00 PM since there is no rush.
Dad: So you going to buy?
Me: Yes.
Dad: Can you buy for me as well?
Me: Sure.
Dad: I want Fried Rice.
Me: Ok.
Understanding his words requires special skills. If not done with care it will cause a volcano eruption. For instance, if he says, "You are not coming back for dinner today right?" when you are leaving the house, he means, "Please go get your own dinner, I want to dine with mom tonight".
Interesting huh?

Harry.Potter
Just came back from watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - the fifth installation of the Potter series. I have one word to describe it ..... BORiNG! This is by far the most boring sequel to the five series. All it does is talk talk talk talk talk talk. But of course, if you are a Potter fan, then you must watch this to fill the gap to the next series.
Also, unlike Transformers and Pirates of Carribean, it doesn't gimme that feeling of wanting to buy the game after watching the movie. *HeHe* Hope they will do better next time in the next release.

X360.Extended.Warranty
Good news for XBOX 360 owners! Peter Moore just announced that Microsoft is extending the warranty period to 3 years for all X360's for 3ROD cases. You can read about it here.
Since Malaysia is outside the launch market, you may want to ask your shop where your unit is originated from i.e. mine is from SG. You may then have to send it back to the shop or a friend in the originating country to handle the repairs/swap for you.

My.Baby.Is.Back
I've got back my X360. Well, not exactly my original X360 but someone else's I suppose. My original unit was manufactured on 1 June 2006 and this replacement unit was manufactured on 28 May 2006, a few days younger. So far, everything seems to be ok. The DVD ROM seems to be a lot quieter. I have to thank my colleagues down south for taking care of the logistics for me.
Now that I have gotten my unit back, there aren't any exciting games available; or maybe my interested for gaming had died down. Guessed I will stick to my Call of Duty 3 for awhile and probably loan some games from my colleagues.

Back.In.The.City
Honey!!! I'm home... Oh! I forgot... I'm not married.
The Cherating trip was tiring (never exercise that's why). I would like to thank my colleague, Eric, for bringing me home safely. I could not sleep well when I was there. Not used to the bed and pillow, or maybe it was the monkeys. Came back immediately have to wash clothes *sobs*. Body feels so broken now. Here pain there pain. All I did was just a few rounds of ping-pong and few hours of archery. Very sternous meh like that?
Time to pay attention to my health liow. But now... need sleep.
